Sunny double room for a cat lover

We have a sunny standard Double Room in our 3 bed house on the 1st floor.

Room:
-sunny
-furnished and with a built in wardrobe (not on the picture)
-big storage outside of your room

House
1. 2 toilets:
-upstairs - shower + sink + toilet
-downstairs - toilet + sink
2. Garden - front with flowers and back garden with lights where you can chill out with cats / sunbathe / invite friends or simply air dry your laundry
3. Parking bays in front of the house - permit 33 a year + emission charge (see Newham website)
4. Arlo doorbell and cctv outside of the house
5. Kitchen with extra storage and dinning table with chairs leading to the back garden.
6 2 fridges in the kitchen and LG washing machine stating remaining time of the laundry.

We have 3 indoor/outdoor cats.
There are some outdoor only cats that are TNR, they live a happy life and we care for them too.
All are neutered and vaccinated.
If you DO NOT LOVE CATS please do not apply.

Human housemates:
- 2 couples in their early 40-ties. (2 Brite and 2 east European)
Easy going and respectful.

Area:
-7 min to Custom House Station (Crossrail and DLR)
-5 min walk to Prince Regent DLR station
-5 min walk to bus stops towards Ilford and Stratford etc.

-Cundy Park nearby
-me and my neighbours engaged in the community gardening
-local shop nearby
-post office on the same street
