Lovely double room in Crouch End house share

We are looking for a friendly, easy going person to replace our housemate
(female/female-identifying preferred, please:).

Bills are £140 / month (Council tax band D)
Move in date is from 1st July, we can be flexible here, just need to confirm with the estate agent by 1st July.

The room is a double, the double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers are included. It's incredibly quiet and well insulated, so it's warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It's on the first floor next to the bathroom that you'd be sharing with 2 other housemates. There's another bathroom downstairs with a shower.

The house is bright and well maintained, with a big, cosy living room and a kitchen that opens directly onto the garden. The kitchen has 2 fridges, a dining table, large cupboard and a dishwasher. We have a cleaner who comes once a week (included in bills) and there's plenty of parking space outside.

Crouch End is a great area; cafes, grocery shops and lovely parks (Finsbury Park, Alexandra Park, Priory Park) are all very close by. The W5 and W3 buses are both less than 3 minutes walk from the house, and Harringay, Hornsey and Finsbury Park stations are also within easy walking distance.

The current housemates get along well - 4 women who are all super friendly, tidy, and easygoing. We enjoy hanging out together in the evenings for TV time but are also very respectful of personal space. The vibe is generally relaxed and comfortable, and we are considerate of everyone's need for sleep and a quiet space after a busy day at work. Everyone works Monday to Friday and Karen does a couple days a week from home.
