Lovely 2 bed flat available to sublet from July 20th (I could consider a couple of days before) until mid September (15-20/09 would be fine). The flat is in the heart of Crouch End, one of the nicest areas in London, with loads of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops close by as well as two cinemas and great transport links to Central London. There are also several parks within walking distance.

The flat has two double bedrooms at opposite ends for added privacy, a modern bathroom with excellent water pressure, a good sized living room and a modern open plan kitchen with a dishwasher. It's the top floor of a three story conversion and gets lots of sunlight and is very airy.

You'd be subletting directly from the owner and wouldn't have to deal with any agents. The flat could suit people visiting London for the summer or in between housing. All the bills are included in the price. Sorry but no pets, no smoking and please no agents. The dates are somewhat flexible but ideally I'm looking for someone who can commit for a timeframe close to the whole period (2 months).
