Two double room and one single room available in a friendly creative house share of 4 rooms with a large garden.

- Rooms available from end of June upon refrences
- Double rooms both fully furnished, double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Single room furnished with bed and inbuilt wardrobe.
- Double room downstairs, Rent is £780 a month with a one month deposit, bills in addition based on usage
- Double room upstairs, Rent is £750 a month with a month deposit, bills in addition based on usage

(We pay £120pm in bills. Can be lower but this is what we pay to cover the average across the year)
- Single room is due for refurbishments so short let’s only but available immediately upon references
- Single room comes with large storage cupboard in the hallway, rent is 550 per month plus bills
Bills will be split of: Council tax (Band D), Gas, Electric, Water and, Internet.

Communal areas:
- Newly installed kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher and access to large garden with seating area.
- Large, shared lounge with sofas and dining area, double doors out onto the garden. Projector.
- Bathroom with shower/bath combo and additional second toilet.

I am a live in landlord, 25, works in Acting/Musical Theatre and social media. This is a creative / neurodiverse household. Looking for young creatives, preferably female, that want to make the house a home and be friends with the people they live with. The space is comfortable and I really like the house to feel friendly, we enjoy socialising together, having a chat over a cup of tea and a monthly house night but equally enjoy having our independent lives.
