Looking for a new friendly flatmate ☺️

Bedside table and mattress no longer in room

I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in the lovely flat that I call home.
The bedroom is a good size with large built in wardrobes, double bed frame (no mattress included) and en-suite with shower.
When I moved in, the house only had a sofa bed in the living room (plus the wardrobe and bed frame in the available room) but I have fully furnished the rest of the property. It was recently decorated when I moved in (only 3 months ago) so is super clean and modern. I have a cleaner come for a couple of hours every 2 weeks (£30 each every 4 weeks) and keep it nice and tidy in between.
There is a good sized garden that is shared with the guy who lives above (although never seen him use it).
The property is only about a 3 minute walk from Colliers Wood tube station, and if you’re a book lover, the library is less than a minute away.
Street parking is available with a paid for permit.
I would love to find a flatmate that I can also call a friends so someone of a similar age and interests would be ideal. I do have my own group of friends in London and respect someone privacy.
I am 29 and work as a digital designer. I love trying new things, eating out, going to the gym and also loveee to travel and explore new places. I see my home as a place to relax and unwind.

As I currently live in the property a new tenancy agreement will be written up and we will be entering a joint tenancy where we are both collectively responsible for the rent.
