Hello!! Looking for someone to takeover my room and remaining tenancy in SW London from 10th July (move in can possibly be extended but TBC) to 10th Dec, there will be the option to renew at the end of the term for a further year.

The house is in the perfect location SW19, on the northern line - 10 min walk from both South Wimbledon and Colliers Wood stations! 20 mins walk from Wimbledon where you have overground and district lines! Tooting / Tooting Market is also a 15 min walk..

Rent is £687.50 plus bills which are approx £130 (total rent is around £820-830 give or take)

You will be sharing with 3 other girls + a cute cat who have been at the house for over 2 years. This house would suit someone who is quite homely and looking for a quiet place to come home to after work/ during the weekends. This isn’t a party house sorry!! Also bonus points if you’re a foodie, the girls are amazing bakers!

As the room is quite small, you also have access to the study area to work from which is cute! (There’s also open plan kitchen, living area, two bathrooms, and garden).
