SUBLET - Beautiful Room in Lower Clapton Available

Looking for a subletter to fill a spot in this beautiful four storey townhouse in Lower Clapton, just off Clapton Square, for the summer!

We are Sylvan (they/them - the one whose room it is), Marcus (he/him), Katie (she/her), and Michael (he/him) & Mollie (she/her). We’re a bunch of pro-POC, queer- and queer-friendly, lefty dreamboats. It’s a house that’s lovely to socialise with, or if you’re more insular and wanna hang out alone, that’s absolutely fine too.

The house is a 7 minute walk from Hackney Central, or a 9 minute walk from Hackney Downs or (more importantly) a stone's throw from some of Hackney's best pubs and parks. This is the place to be this summer!

I'm subletting this room as my partner and I are off travelling Europe for a little minute and want to find someone to replace me while I'm away.

•⁠ ⁠Dates are Mon 8th July - at least Fri 23rd August. All the costs are adjusted to a p/ day basis so the pricing is exact.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Total price is £1354. Half (£675) can be paid immediately to secure the room, and the other half can be paid on the move in day.
•⁠ ⁠⁠We might end up staying away from the UK a little longer, til 1st September at least. We’re not sure on this yet, but will decide before we go away. If so, we can work something out if you’re keen to stay longer!
