We're looking for a flatmate, aged around 26-34, to join us. We live in a great spot in Clapham South/Balham (5 mins walk to Clapham South tube and 8 mins walk to Balham tube), and enjoy having a comfortable and large flat. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting involved in flat life, whether it's heading out for a casual pint or going to a pub quiz, whilst also having their own space. In terms of the flat details:

Room to rent - large double bedroom with plenty of storage space. Space for desk too. Comes fully furnished excluding a desk.

Communal areas - communal living room as well as a spare single room which is used for storage (could be used for a bike if you wanted). Decent sized kitchen. Shared bathroom between three. Outdoor space as well.

Transport - 5 minute walk from Clapham South tube. 8 minute walk from balham tube and mainline. Plenty of buses. Can get a parking permit for a car.

Housemates - work in finance and law.

Bills - circa £120-130 a month including council tax

Tenancy period - room is available from circa 8 July but I can be flexible. Current tenancy expires 12 November but likely current flatmates will look to renew for 12 months with 6 month break clause. So this flat works for someone looking for a short or long tenancy
