2 Rooms Available Within A 3 Minute Walk From Tube

I have 2 rooms available from the 1st of August in a 3 bed house in Clapham South.

The house is situated in a gated community and has 1.5 bath spread across 3 stories, with a garden, balcony and garage. The lease is for a year directly with the landlady who is happy to extend.

The room and house is fully furnished, we may need to buy some decorative pieces as most of it is owned by my housemate.

The closest tube is Clapham South station which is a 3 minute walk and there are loads of buses!

Rent will be £1100 per month, plus bills which are currently £84 per month.

You will be living with me I’m 25 and work in Recruitment based out of Waterloo. I am in the office 3 days a week. I enjoy the gym, walks round the common and of course the pub!

I am looking for housemates that would also like to be friends to enjoy all of what SW has to offer. The house is also perfect for hosting dinner parties, BBQ and drinks!
