Double Room Available in 3-bed Flat in Clapham Nor

Hello! We are looking for a young professional to replace our outgoing flatmate in our 2nd Floor, 3-bed flat in North Clapham. Council Tax Band C (Lambeth Council).

The flat is roughly a 6 minute walk from both Clapham North Tube Station and Clapham High Street Overground Station, as well as the high street itself. The flat has 1 toilet with a separate bathroom with bath and shower; a spacious living room and kitchen.

The room itself is a double with room for a TV, however you may struggle to fit a desk in there. There is however a table in the living room if you need to work from home at all.

You will be living with Liam (25M), a nurse and myself, Luke (24M), an analyst. I work from home sometimes but am often in the office from 8-5. Liam works 12 hour shifts from 8-8 (day or night). We're both very friendly and sociable although we also like to chill by ourselves too.

You will be replacing our former flatmate midway through the contract so there is a £903 security deposit that will need to be paid to them. After that, it is £765pcm + bills (~£100-£120pcm).
