1 double room in 3 bed in Clapham North

We have 1 double room becoming available in a 3 bed house,

5 minutes walk from Clapham North tube. This room is becoming available on the 1st July 2024 (but can be flexible)

Current housemates:

(Mark, 30) I'm pretty easy going and can usually be found watching footy (I have access to Sky sports), at the gym or in the pub so ideally looking for people with a similar vibe.

(Rina, 25) I can confirm Mark can usually be found watching footy, gym or pub. Meanwhile, you would usually find me working (in the office 5 days a week), in the pub or singing in my room (I promise you this is just occasional).

Guys or girls welcome.

The house is well equipped with a lounge, decent kitchen, bathroom, second toilet anda small outside space.

We also have a new(ish) sofa. We are ideally located a short walk from all the amenities of Clapham High Street and 10-15 minutes from the common.

The landlord is super chill and responsive.

No deposit required but you will need to pass a quick phone call with him before moving in.
