Cosy double in friendly Clapham North flatshare!

We have a double room available in friendly 3 bed flat by Clapham North/Stockwell ! Our lovely housemate is sadly leaving us to travel round Oz, so we’re now looking for another girl in mid 20s to join and take over tenancy for another year !

Insane location super close to Clapham High Street and Clapham Common, just 4 min walk from Clapham North tube (Northern) and Overground, and under 10 to Stockwell (Victoria and Northern line) which is then 10/12min tube to Bank or Oxford Circus! Really young, fun and social area, close to the common with loads of pubs, bars and shops nearby, as well as a Lidl and massive Sainsbury’s, plus 20min walk to Brixton.

You’d be joining two sociable 25/26yo female professionals who currently work a mix of office and wfh. The room is a fairly small double, and annoyingly doesn’t really fit a desk (so not ideal for fully remote/wfh), but there’s loads of other storage space across the flat and the communal area is amazing !!

Looking for another fairly laid back girl of similar age (24 and up!), who’s social and tidy etc - ideally someone who’d be up for a pub night out but also just chilled night in (movie nights, cooking), as we both have friend groups here but obv want to be mates with whoever we live with !

Bills range between £120-135ishh each monthly (we try to keep them low!) and deposit is £942

(Must already be in full-time employment for Landlord/referencing purposes - no students, sorry!)
