The living room has a large L shaped sofa, TV & dining table that seats 4 people.
I love to cook so the kitchen has lots of appliances but I am open to you also bringing your own. Large fridge/freezer and own cupboard space for you to store food.

There is a balcony attached to the kitchen with great morning sun and a shared rooftop which is perfect for summer!

The flat is well connected being a 10 min walk from Clapham North, 5 mins from Clapham High Street/Wandsworth Road for the overground & 15 mins from Stockwell.

About your room:
Furnished with a king size bed with draw space, fitted double wardrobe & 2x bedside tables. Lots of space for extra furniture you would like & enough space for a desk.
You will have your own bathroom with bath/shower, toilet & sink.

I’m a single female professional looking for a new housemate as my current housemate is moving!
I work in the office & at home so like to have fairly quiet weeks and socialise at the weekend.

I’m looking for a friendly, likeminded person who will be happy to live independently as well as sometimes socialise in the shared space. I am a clean/tidy person and so hoping to find someone who is respectful of the space.
