Landlord is genuinely amazing, he’s super kind, chill, and flexible, responsive you won’t have to jump through hoops and do tons of referencing for this place and it’ll be a simple and easy move no matter your situation.

The house is seriously SO NICE, the bedroom is actually massive, it comes fully furnished with a COUCH and COFFEE TABLE in the room (!!?!?!) which has been sick. Tons of storage and the best part… PRIVATE GARDEN!!! Your room opens directly onto the garden and none of the flatmates have access, so the garden is 100% yours to use which is crazy!! The grass is fake but that’s honestly nice bc you don’t have to really do anything to take care of it. Your room will be the only one on the first floor so it feels super private, there’s also a toilet on the first floor that’s not connected to the room but is private for your use, then there’s a shared shower upstairs. Washer and tumble dryer in kitchen, everything in the house is up to date and works perfectly, I’ve had no issues. 3 other flatmates, 2 male and one female. Seriously don’t miss out on this place!!!!

Location is PERFECT, walking distance to both Clapham common and Clapham junction. I commute into central every day very easily. Tons of busses literally on your doorstep, endless cafes, gyms, and shops. Many green parks nearby (close to Clapham common and battersea park). Literally everything you could ever need you can find less than a 20 min walk away.
