I am looking for someone to move into a single bedroom in this 1st floor two bedroom flat. The available bedroom will come unfurnished and is large enough for a single bed and a small desk and wardrobe. The flat also has access to an outdoor shared garden. The flat has a spacious open plan kitchen and living room in one space. It comes with a clothes washer, induction hob, and oven, and I currently have a microwave and a blender as well. It has double glazed windows with great sound insulation from the main road.

The flat is located on Battersea Rise, with an ideal location near many shops and restaurants, and less than a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station.

The bedroom will come unfirnished and the common areas will be furnished The rent does not include bills (which are around £40 per month) or wifi (around £12 per month). If you are a student, council tax is not payable. Otherwise, the flat is in Council Tax Band C.

I'm Carlos, currently living in this flat. I'm a 24 year old PhD student from Canada. I'm looking for a neat and easygoing flatmate to take over one bedroom in the flat.
