Hi there!!!

I am looking to move out my flat around the 4th of August. I share a 2 bed room flat with a fellow South African in the Clapham Junction area. We are base a less than a 15min walk from the Clapham junction station, with many bus options. The Clapham common underground is a 10 bus ride away or you can walk through the lovely common, which is accessible at the end of the road. The room is very spacious, with the bathroom between the 2 bed rooms, which ensures privacy. It is a split level flat with a modern kitchen, and big lounge area (WITH A BALCONY). The bed rooms have built in cupboards and a chest of draws!

The street that the property is on us just off the main road and so restaurants and convenience stores are just around the corner.

Rent will be £1025 ( not including bills). Bills are shared. There may be an initial sign on fee.
