Hi! I’m Arthur and I’m looking to fill two rooms in a lovely flat in Clapham Junction as my flatmates are moving to a different borough.

Move-in date: 29th of July. Minimum 1-year stay.

Bills: Internet, gas, electricity, water, and council tax total approximately £200 per person, per month.

Council Tax Band: E.

Room 1
Description: Furnished double room with a double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. Plenty of natural light.
Rent: £900 per month.

Room 2
Description: Small room with a double bed and a clothing rack. Current flatmate uses corridor storage, but the new tenant will need to organize their own.
Rent: £650 per month.

Deposit

Details: Deposit is £834, split equally among tenants and held in a deposit protection scheme.

Full-time hospitality manager, typically working Mon-Fri 9-5. I enjoy working out after work, socializing in the evenings, and maintaining a tidy home. I love cooking and hope to share meals with flatmates.

Looking For: Professionals preferred (ideally 25 and over) who value a clean, friendly home. Sharing similar interests is a bonus.
