• Room Type: Single occupancy room within a 4-bedroom house.
• DEPOSIT: one month (Protected in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme)
• BILLS: Please note that gas and electricity will be the only bills under the tenant's obligations.
• On top of that, on move-in we ask for utility contributions - this is 1 week's rent worth paid ONLY ONCE. The contribution is to help cover the otherwise included bills (Wi-Fi, Council Tax, and Water)
