💃 Housemates are four girls all in their twenties working in finance roles based in central London. One housemates have lived at the house for nearly four years, with the others moving in between 2022 and now. The departing housemate is moving out after a year due to moving in with a friend.

🚲 🚗 Parking - a private enclosed and lockable bike shed is provided in the front garden (not shown in photos/video). Street parking is possible directly outside the property with a permit from the local council.

🔭 Viewings require at least 48 hours notice to respect the current housemates privacy.
