Double Room + Bath in Beautiful Refurbished Flat

We’re Maddie & Ben, a fun, outgoing Aussie / British couple (more about us below). We’ve found an amazing flat to move into so are looking for another person to join us.

The flat:
The flat is just by Clapham Common with a nice 15 minute walk to Clapham Common tube. It is a newly refurbished top floor flat that has been decked out to a very high spec - exposed beams, new furniture, crockery, posh knives, nice lighting, loads of storage space etc. We were very impressed at the quality of everything in the flat. There are 3/4 flats in the building (apparently all similar age sociable people) with a shared garden that they are about to have landscaped for communal use.

We can share a video and some photos of the flat, but we’re looking for someone for the second bedroom - you’d have your own bathroom as well. It would be £1,200 pm + bills (we expect these to be around £130pp/ month). Move in date end of July.

About us:
We’re Maddie and Ben! Mads (29) is from the Gold Coast, Australia and Ben (35) is from SW London. We're a fun easy-going, laid back couple - outgoing and friendly. We’ve recently returned to London after travelling South America together & looking for our next home! We love being out in nature, travel, fitness, massive foodies, love festivals and live music. You’ll often find us walking around Battersea Park or sipping beer / rosé in the sunshine when we can find it.

We’re after someone that is positive, easy-going and fun person to be around. We have our lives and groups of friends in London, with pretty busy lives so looking for someone in a similar situation, who also likes to hang out as a flat from time to time.

The place we’ve found is super nice, so we’d be very keen to keep it that way and like to keep a clean house.

Mads works 3 days a week in finance at Huel and Ben (start-ups) is hybrid too.
