Double Room in 4 Bed on Abbeville Road

Hello!
 
We are looking for a fourth person to join our beautiful house beginning of August. We are looking to arrange interviews on 10th/11th July due to everyone having busy summer plans ☀️
 
The House 🏠
Beautiful Victorian 4 bed house on Abbeville Road, right by Abbeville Village! Gail’s is minutes away ☕️
3 stories with bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd Floor
3 shared bathrooms (a bonus between 4 people)
5–10-minute walk to Clapham Common Tube Station (Northern Line)
Plenty of bus connections to Brixton, Clapham Junction and Battersea
Large Sainsburys Supermarket a 5-minute walk away
Plenty of shared living space including a living room, dining room and kitchen
Washing Machine in the kitchen
Large Private garden
A cleaner who comes once every two weeks which we all contribute towards
Dishwasher & washing machine

A very spacious bedroom on the 1st Floor
Double bed with mattress
A standing wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelf space
Bedroom overlooks the garden at the back of the house, so very quiet at night
Unfortunately, no desk space in the room currently
 
The housemates ✨
Izzy 30, works in sustainability and works from home 2/3 days a week
Toni 28, currently doing a clinical psychology PHD and works from home one day a week
Anna 28, works in graphic design and works from home 2 days a week
 
About you 😇
Ideally we are looking for someone a similar age range – preferably a 26-32 year old female
We want someone who is very easy going and would treat this house like a home
We all have quite busy schedules but also like to spend time together in the house if we are having a quiet night in with a glass of wine
We would also like someone who is clean and tidy, and respectful of the communal living spaces
 
Move in date 1st August earliest
Rent: £945
Bills: around £150 (in winter, cheaper in summer)
Mariya our lovely cleaner is £17.50 per person every 2 weeks. She cleans all communal spaces AND bedrooms
Deposit : £1000
