Flatmate needed for beautiful Clapham 2 bed

Hello!

Looking for a flatmate for our lovely 2 bed in Clapham Common. Off the main road (so it’s quiet!), 2 minutes from Clapham Common tube and Clapham Common itself.

I’ve lived in the flat for 18 months and we really love it - it’s very much a home, and only losing my flatmate because she’s moving in with her boyfriend.

875 plus bills which includes a fortnightly cleaner - an absolute steal for the area, and an amazing landlady who we deal with direct (no agency fees).

Furnished, one bathroom, big shared living / dining room, separate kitchen (includes dishwasher), balcony and parking space.

As a bit about me - 29, work in PR and love all things current affairs. Into fitness (go to CrossFit Shapesmiths), travel (the more outdoorsy and adventurous the better - I love all things camping, hiking and climbing!) and music/gigs (anything from a progressive house rave to country… but I will also never say no to Taylor Swift).

It’s been a chilled out girls pad to date, although open to guys too.

Looking for another young professional in their late twenties / early thirties, who can strike a balance between being social (have always become friends with flatmates and would like that to continue!) and will enjoy a chilled TV sesh or dinner etc, but also independent / likes their space too.

Available latest from 24th July, although can move in sooner.
