Lovely big room in Clapham Old Town girl's flat

I am moving out of my lovely big bright room in my Clapham Old Town flat around the 19th of July, so looking for a girl to take over my room until the end of the lease, which is the end of October. I can be flexible with move in dates too!

The flat is gorgeous and bright, and gets lots of sun. You will be living with Helen (29, wedding planner, best taste in decor) and Winnie (1, cavapoo, best cuddles), so loving puppies is a must! It would be ideal for us to find a girl around a similar age who loves a summer aperol, and a nice homely space. We love a wine and reality TV or a movie together, so would be lovely to find someone to replace me who also wants to be friends as well as housemates. The room and lounge are all fully furnished, including bed, big drawers, and built in wardrobe, and under bed drawers.

We are about 7 mins from both Clapham Common tube station and Wansdworth Road overground, so heaps of shops around (and a Gail's across the road basically!). Close to Virgin Active for the gym girlies, and the Sun for the pub girlies.

The boring stuff:
- We pay around £185 for bills a month
- £1275 rent, £1400 deposit
- Landlord requires references, which include a permanent job and right to rent in the UK (a contract might be okay as long as it is longer than the end of the lease)
