Double room opposite Clapham Common

Hi!

Just moved into this 2 bed flat opposite Clapham South Station (Latitude building) and looking for someone to take the 2nd room, as my room has an en suite you'll have the other bathroom all to yourself!

The flats pretty much opposite clapham south so plenty of bars and restaurants and a 2 min walk to the station, also a massive Tesco on your doorstep as well as clapham common directly outside so easy for plenty of park beers when it finally gets hot 🙌

Would prefer someone who's not always locked away in their room and wants to actually hang out from time to time as had this at my last place and we're still great friends, and there's tennis courts opposite so would always be down for that!

Room is unfurnished but had a desk and chair if you'd like that but that's up to you, total rent would be £1250, bills would be around £140 on top.

I moved in a couple weeks ago, but have just spent the last week in France so the place is available immediately.

A little bit about me...Im a 29 year old software developer working for a small design agency in Shoreditch, send pictures of our office dogs whenever they are in 😂 I do like going into the office but as the sun gets nearer will probably switch that for sunny beer gardens haha

I love to travel, eat and drink out and explore London, but also enjoy just chilling in with a glass of wine or beer and a good film or series.
