You'll be living with an eclectic mix of 2 kiwi girls, one brit and one token aussie male in a huge, modern and sunny home. Words you don't often find when flat sharing in London.

We also have a little house trained puppy named Willow, she's a small long haired dachshund. Her opinion is everything to the flat so bring your A game.

You are 5 minutes walk away from Clapham High Street, the big Sainsbury's being even closer. You'll save a fortune on deliveroo fees because of the countless bars and restaurants.

If your tik tok algortithms are saying run club join the great migration, you are only a hop skip and a jump away from the beautiful common.

Everyone is super friendly and pretty close but not in a way that screams 'Baby Reindeer"

We enjoy a drink but this is not a party house. We travel often and we like to hang out in the lounge watching love island or watching the rugby/ football.

We have a beautiful garden and a very spacious kitchen and bbq. We also have 3 toilets and two showers (WOW).

The room isn't furniture included however the old tenant (me) is selling all the furniture so if you want to keep anything at all just let me know. Just looking to get rid of it.
