Double room in 4 bed flat in Clapham Common

Hi there!

We have a double room going in our 3rd floor, 4 bed flat which also comes with 2 bathrooms and a massive open plan living/kitchen area.

The flat is a 5 min walk from Clapham Common station and based around the Old Town area.

We are 3 friends (Ben, Alex and Mikey) and are looking for someone to join our fab flat as our 4th housemate is moving out to live solo. Looking for another gay man.

As a flat we spend a lot of time together watching tv (we’ve just started watching Buffy), films (we have prime, Netflix, Disney+ and sky movies... ) and will often have a drink or 3 at the weekend to unwind. We also all have friends that we see as well so there’s a nice balance of socialising together and doing our own thing.

Renewal will be from August 1st, the housemate leaving is ideally hoping to have until mid August to help with his move and that rent will be covered by them.
