I’m moving out after a getting a new job, my double room is now available in this spacious Clapham house. You’ll be living with 2 girls and 1 boy aged between 23 and 28. They’re all professionals working in finance, investment banking etc.
The flatmates are friendly, social and sporty and enjoy going to the gym and playing/watching football, cricket, golf, etc.
Although the room is not big enough to have a desk, due to other flatmates being in the office 4-5 times a week it allowed myself to work in the kitchen/living space or living room.
- min salary is 37k to avoid needing a guarantor
