Hey everyone, someone has dropped out so we are looking for a girl aged 25-30 to replace me in a large double room available from June 30th in a lovely Clapham South flat. The flat is located approximately 3 minutes walk from Clapham South tube station, and just off Clapham Common.

Rent: £901 per month (includes council tax, excludes bills which come to £60 per month)

About the room:
The rooms come furnished with a double bed, desk & double wardrobe.

About the house:
The house has a modern kitchen that opens up to a living room and shared bathroom. We have a large back garden which is perfect for summer entertaining with a patio and outdoor garden furniture.

About the housemates:
While the house is two separate flats we are all friends and treat it like one big house of six (all girls aged between 24 and 26). On the bottom floor flat you will be living with Helena (26) who works in consulting. We’re a very social house of girls and love spending time together in the evening and weekends, but also all have our own social lives.

To secure the room you will need to pay a deposit of £866.66. The contract starts up in April, however it is a rolling contract and can be extended as it has been multiple times.
