Hi there! We are sadly moving out of our wonderful home, so two lovely bedrooms in our charming 4-bedroom house have become available, located in the vibrant heart of Clapham! You'll be sharing this home with Alex and Dan, two friendly and easy-going guys.

About the Rooms:
- Individual Contracts with our private Landlord
- 12 Month fixed then month-to-month rolling
- Rent (Bills Included):
- £1035 for Room A
- £1065 for Room B
- Availability: 21st of July 2024
- Furnished: Both rooms come with with a bed, desk, and closet space included.

The House:

- Garden: We have a beautiful garden – perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a BBQ on sunny days.

Nestled between Clapham Old Town and Battersea, this house has plenty right on its doorstep.
- Clapham Common Tube: Just a short 15 min walk away (Northern Line)
- Nine Elms Station: Also nearby by bus for additional commuting options.
- Buses: Regular buses into central London (87, 77, 452)

About Us:
- Alex: Works in sales, so he’s always full of energy and up for a good chat.
- Dan: Is a solicitor, bringing a calm and thoughtful vibe to the house.
- Together, we enjoy an occasional movie night and house celebration (BBQ’s & Birthdays) while also doing our own thing. We’re looking for like-minded girls to join our home and add to the friendly vibe.

What’s Included:
- Bills: All utility bills/council tax are included in the rent.
- Extras: The only additional costs are for Wifi, TV license, and shared household items (e. g., soap, kitchen roll, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for two girls (to keep the house gender-balanced) who are clean, respectful, and up for creating a homely environment together. If you enjoy a good chat over a cup of tea or a shared meal every now and then, you’ll fit right in!
