Large room available with big outdoor space

I am moving out of my big double room in Lavender Hill (Clapham Junction / Common / Battersea) and looking for someone to take it over from 16/06/24. Rent is higher for first month or two (see below). The room comes with double bed and mattress, two wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside table. I am also selling a clothes rail, shoe rack, bedside table, grey rug, two mirrors and desk if you wanted these too (can see most in pics; £10 each except desk which is £60).

I absolutely love living here but have been here for 6 years and looking for something new. You’ll be living with my cousin Sarah and Mitch, both 24 and working professionals. The vibe in the house is really relaxed - we have people over a fair bit especially on the weekends and on the roof in summer! We hang out in the kitchen after work but also like to do our own thing. Looking for someone who matches that vibe - has their own thing going on but is down for being sociable too!

The flat is above a supermarket with lots of other shops / restaurants etc. nearby, 10-15 mins from Clapham junction and common, and on loads of bus routes.

The flat will be on a sublet basis for the first month or two (until the new contract is sorted) so it will be £850 including bills. After that, the rent is £650 and bills normally come to ~£100 each.
