I am currently looking for a new house mate to share a beautiful home with in Clapham.

About the property:
This amazing shared living space boasts a spacious and bright atmosphere with tall ceilings that give it an open and airy feel. The open plan kitchen and living room provide a perfect space for relaxation and entertainment, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the windows.

One of the standout features of this living space is its direct access to a huge garden, allowing you to step outside and enjoy some fresh air and outdoor living whenever you like. In addition, there is a separate laundry/utilities room with a bathroom, making it convenient for you to keep up with all of your household chores without having to leave the comfort of your own home.

Downstairs, you'll find two generous carpeted bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms that offer the perfect retreat for relaxation and privacy. Your en-suite is getting refurbed this week so will be all beautiful for when you arrive!

Location Location Location: The property is equal distance between Clapham South station and Clapham Junction (about a 15 min scenic walk). There are also multiple bus routes/stops.

We are about a 1 minute walk from Northcote Road which has several restaurants, bars, coffee shops, convenience stores, hair salons, nail salons etc.

Little about me:
I am Maddie, 33yr old Aussie who moved over to London in March 2020. I have lived in this property for the past two years and love the space and location and don’t want to leave!

I like to think of myself as a fun, kind, considerate person who is very inclusive, generous and up for a good time but equally happy to have some chilled time on the lounge.
I work from home and the office about equal parts.

I am single and often out for lunches/dinners but also enjoy my downtime watching a new show with a home cooked meal (or Deliveroo).

Few requirements:
MUST be clean, friendly, kind professional and able to have a laugh.
I would like a house mate that I feel is a friend and not just someone sharing the space with me. Its nice to come home to someone at the end of the day and feel happy, safe and comfortable.

I am in the office a few days a week and looking for someone who is the same. Full time WFH doesn’t work for me sorry!
We will share duties around the house such as the cleaning, purchasing shared items when we run out etc.

Basic info:
Rent is £1500pcm plus bills (council, water, gas/electric, power, wifi) - I’m not sure why this profile says £1400 - it’s £1500!

Carlie will be taking a lot of the pots and pans so is a plus if you have all that!
