Hello, our flatmate is leaving us as he’s moving in with his girlfriend so we’re looking for our new flatmate😊
Minutes from Clapham South and Clapham Common tube station, near Abbeville village with many restaurants, coffee shops plus the Ginger Pig Butchers.
About the Room:
The room is bright and large with plenty of space for a desk and has a built in wardrobe. Bed, chest of drawers, side table come included. Lots of light from the bay windows and it gets the afternoon sun.
About the flat:
It was newly renovated with an all new kitchen in February 2020 and has a spacious living room/kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and good sized fridge/freezer.
There is the ability to get a parking permit for the street outside easily, it is a lovely quiet street in a really nice area.
About the housemates:
You will be living with myself, Nicole (30), an Corporate Events Manager and with with Freddie (32), a Doctor.
We have a very relaxed atmosphere in the house and we get along well and chill in the communal living room watching tv and drinking but also are happy doing our own things.
