1 dbl room with friends + dog in clapham

One of the girls are moving out of our place in Clapham so we're looking for some new girls to fill their room!

Current housemates / new housemate prefs:
Soph / Annie / Vic, we're working professionals and we'd love a social girl to move in who are keen to do stuff together / be mates, rather than housemates who just keep themselves to themselves (obvs respecting of personal space, but also nice to hang out sometimes ofc). Things we like (but not limited to), dog walks, festivals, gym / climbing, films, trash tv, coffee dates 🫶🏽 If that sounds up your street, drop me a message! Also integral that you LOVE dogs, as @hudsonlerottie is the man of the house.
Generally we just want a social, chilled girl (or nice non misogynistic, kind feminist man) who are respectful of people and their space.

About the house:
We have a shared living room with all the streaming services (somehow) and a little patio garden. The place has two kitchens so you'll have your own kitchen with the other tenant.
