Hi Guys,
I am going to Italy for 1 month.
I would like to rent my room for that month only.
You will share the flat with just one person, she is polish, very friendly and polite girl, she is a full time employee, so you will across with her rarely.
The flat has living room with Tv, huge table and sofa. The kitchen is quite tiny but full function, it has laundry ect. One full bathroom to share . The flat is tiny and clean and it has good connection with buses and tubes to move very easy.
Buses 94,272,295 ect.
My flat is allocated in the heart of Chiswick.

Quiet area and clean.
Couple are welcome.
The price single person:1.000£ bills included.
The price couple: 1.200£ bills included.
Which are water, gas, electricity, council tax, Sky WiFi, Sky tv and Tv licensing.
Deposit is :200£

Big Sainsbury’s 1 minute by walk
Big Waitrose 3 minutes by walk
Off licence open 24h 7/7 1 minute by walk
Starbucks, Costa, Caffè Nero ect nearby.

Chiswick Park station 1 minute by walk
Gunnersbury station 7 minutes by walk
Turnham Green station 10 minutes by walk

Highly recommended about people that are full time employees.
NO PARTY.
NO PEOPLE STAY OVER NIGHT.
