Stunning modern, large double room in ground-floor flat available, just 6 minute walk from Canning Town station!

I’m 21, and have lived here for a year, but looking for new flatmate as existing flatmate moving out.

Working at Liverpool Street (in tech/finance) and very rarely WFH, so lots of space available if you need to do so.

Very large kitchen/living room, very modern and with a brand-new fridge and dishwasher.

2 rooms to choose from (I’ll take the other room), both with their own bathrooms

• Double Room (king size bed) with master bathroom (not attached to room)
• Double Room (king sized bed and significantly larger) with en-suite attached

Rent still TBC exactly, but currently the place is £2400/month and will split that proportionally depending on which room you take. Both however are large and have plenty of space.

Looking for someone clean and tidy, I keep the flat/kitchen generally clean. so looking for someone who’ll do the same.
Don’t mind people over for dinner/sleeping over in living room etc., as long as I have a heads-up.

Just under 1000 square feet in total, so quite large for a 2-bed flat.
Also large storage cupboard to chuck suitcases in. Under bed storage in both beds.

Heating included in some fixed fee the landlord pays!
Only bills to pay are council tax, electricity and water.

Ground floor so nice and easy to move stuff into.
