I'm moving out and need someone to take over my room on the top floor of our three-story house. The top floor also has our mini hall, so you'll have plenty of space. The room has an ensuite bathroom and gets great light.
As it is ensuite, it is 1000 pounds. The area is too beautiful and amazing neighbours as well.
Located in a very safe neighborhood for women.
Available from September 6th. The official contract ends in late February 2025, but renewal is possible.
You'll be living with two Indian roommates: one working in cybersecurity and the other a lawyer. We prefer a female tenant.
