I have a large double room available from July 1st; the flat is lovely and clean and the other two flatmates are great, but l'm looking to move in with my partner.
The flat will be available to renew from mid November. Transport links are great, with DLR stations in 5 minute walk/easy change to underground stations.
You'll be living with Adam & Joe who are both airline pilots and very responsible and respectful. They are very sociable during their time off, and would love another flatmate who fits in well with the flat, but
also who can be equally respectful and tidy.
The flat is immaculate and your room would be one of the more spacious rooms. The flat has a total of 3 bathrooms (one en-suite, one ground floor toilet and a shared upstairs bathroom) and a very large combined kitchen and lounge area. There is also a balcony and patio area on the ground floor. Desk, chair and monitor in my room is available to keep.
The letting agency will require a £1200 deposit and referencing to be passed. Council tax band F.
