It is only 2 mins walk from Rotherhithe Overground station and 5 mins walk from Canada Water station. The area is also well served by many bus routes including 381, 188, C10, 47, 1 etc.

The room is £1600 per calendar month including all bills.

You will be sharing with a female student who is a mature Phd student at the London School of Economics. She was a journalist and an editor previously.

You will be sharing the newly refurbished bathroom with a brand new walk-in shower and well thought through interior design with lots of storage.

The other shared space is the kitchen/dining/living area which is around 16.5 square meters.

Short term let from 6 months is also available but not preferred.

PS. This flatshare is not with the live-in landlord. I can't change the setting for some reason!
