It is a lovely cozy room in a three-room flat located in a residential area. The bathroom you will use is shared.
There is no living room in the property, but a shared kitchen with a big oven, air fryer oven, coffee machine, rice cooker and other cookeries. You are free to use them. (Please buy your own coffee capsules) We have a weekly cleaning rota to keep the common area tidy.
The location is very convenient to reach the city centre. The nearest bus station is in 3 minutes walk and bus 381 or C10 can take you to Canada Water Station in 5 minutes. (Jubilee Line + Overground)
If you walk to the station then it will take you 15-17 minutes.
Surrounding:
Within 5 minute's walk-Thames Path, Surrey Quays Farm, pubs, Russian Dock Woodland, and Greenland Pier.
Within 10 minute walk: Nisa Local, bowling centre, Odeon cinema, and a gym.
Within 15 minute walk: Tesco Extra, Boots, Superdrug, Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, Sainsbury's Local, and a weekend market.
The flat is currently shared by 1 male and 2 female, and we are looking for someone who is respectful to the space and friendly to join in this property.
