We’re looking for a female flatmate (preferably a working professional) as we renew our contract in this maisonette located just off the Camden High Street. Your rent would be £950/month and move-in date would be 15th August 2024. The contract will be for one year. Bills (water, internet, electricity ~£45/ month). Council tax is Band D and will be shared among 2-3 of us (~£55 /month).

- Own powder room on ground floor, while sharing the bathroom with the rest of us

- 2 mins walk to nearest bus stops (1, 214, 253, 24, 27, 29, 134, 46) - 20 mins to SOHO
- 7 mins walk to Northern Line Camden Town & Mornington Crescent Station
- 2 mins walk to Santander Bike docking station
- 17 mins walk to King’s Cross St Pancras
- 5 mins walk to Aldi’s, Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury’s, and various oriental markets
