A double bedroom has freed up in our flat in central Camberwell :)

About the room:
- Move in date; August 4th
- Rent £800/month without bills (approx an additional £150/month for WiFi, electricity, council tax, etc.)
- Room is fully furnished with double bed, chest of draws and large wardrobe
- Facing the building courtyard, quiet and plenty of sunlight first thing in the morning

About the flat & neighbourhood:
- 10 minute walk from Oval station (Northern line), plenty of bus connections (e. g. 36, 35, 40, 68, etc) and 20 minutes walk from Denmark Hill station (Overground)
- Fully equipped kitchen with tons of cupboard and fridge storage
- One shared bathroom
- Plenty groceries stores near by
- Delicious restaurants and nice pubs/coffee shops only a few blocks away (e. g. Camberwell Arms, Theo’s, Silk Road, Toad, Cable Cafe and the list goes on and on!)
- PureGym 5 minutes walk
- Parking available & courtyard bike storage

About us:
- Isabel: originally from Florence, Italy but have spent the last few years living in Vancouver, Canada. Been in London for now almost 2 years working in HR for a luxury fashion brand (sounds way more glamorous than what it is lol). WFH once a week. Love being active, travelling, seeing live music & art exhibitions.
- Rich: originally from Edinburgh, lived in London for Uni, moved away for a few years, now back in the city I call home. I work as a user researcher and I’m WFH 4 days a week, with Friday as my office day. Interests are acting, theatre, art and literature.

Our ideal roommate:
- Laid back (no party animals please)
- Clean & tidy; respectful of the shared spaces
- Friendly; happy to have a chat here and there, the occasional drink/meal together; but also with their own independent social group
- Ideally someone that works on-site (but not a deal breaker)
