The house is located at the end of a quiet, leafy street, just moments’ walk away from Camberwell high street.

The three storey home is beautiful and very spacious - consisting of four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional toilet, a living room, a kitchen/dining room, and a garden!

Your room covers the entire second floor of the house with wonderful natural light due to front and back windows and includes a full en suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Your room will provide an excellent space to work from with plenty of room for a desk, as well as a tranquil living space to relax and unwind. The room comes part furnished with a large built in wardrobe and double bed with mattress.

The communal spaces are furnished by the landlord.

There is plenty of street parking available if you have a car, and we have bike racks installed in our garden, which are accessible via the back gate.

The housemates: Hattie, 29, an accountant, is in the downstairs bedroom and plans to go travelling in the Autumn. The two housemates in the bedrooms on the first floor are also moving out this summer. One of the bedrooms is in the process of being filled and an advert will follow shortly for the other.

It's a relaxed and sociable household but definitely not a party house. We enjoy catching up in the kitchen on occasion, but the house is also spacious enough for everyone to do their own thing which provides a great balance and we are keen to keep this vibe going as we search for a new tenant.

Ideally, we are looking for someone in their late 20’s to mid 30’s. Someone who is friendly, kind, considerate, clean, and can be respectful of the house and the sense of shared space. If this sounds like you please get in touch!

We all pitch in to keep the place generally clean and tidy, and have a cleaner for the communal spaces once/fortnight.

The rent is £1,060 per month + bills, which average out at around £150 per month. The Council Tax band for the property is E. The next rent review with the landlord is scheduled for January 2025.
