-Peckham high street/Peckham Rye Station about a 15 minute walk
- Elephant and Castle, 20 minute by 136 or 343 bus
-London Bridge about 30 to 40 minutes by bus(343) depending on traffic
-Burgess Park, about 5 minute walk
-UAL and Peckham theatre is basically around the corner
-local Tesco and Sainsbury nearby
The current house is a mix of people, mainly post grad students, nurses, museum curator, and pub worker.
