Lovely double in beautiful Victorian property!

A room has become available in our lovely house share. It’s a good-sized bright double in a spacious 4-bed victorian house. The house is beautiful and has a large kitchen/dining, 2 bathrooms + separate shower room, a basement and big garden! We’re spoilt for choice for shops, restaurants, bars etc as we’re located just a short walk from both Camberwell and Brixton high streets.

The room is a nice size double on the back of the property, so nice and quiet with two windows and a view over the garden. The room can come furnished or unfurnished and is available from the 1st July.

You will be living with myself (Phoebe, a 34 year old ICU Nurse), Alex (a 32 year old Chef) and Charlotte (a 29 year old Journalist). We’re a nice friendly chilled bunch. New roomy must be dog friendly as you’ll also be living with three small, super friendly and well behaved pooches. The house is very big and spacious so they won’t be bothering you or be under your feet, they may just ask for a cuddle or two at times. :)

Alex, Charlotte & I buddied up on Spareroom back in December when we found this beautiful property and have signed the contract until December 2024 with our lovely private landlord, so hoping someone will want to move in and stay until then and hopefully longer as we’re planning on rolling the contract over for another year at least. Ideally we’re looking for a male to even things out abit but not a necessity! Just please be dog friendly, chilled & kind, and looking for a nice friendly relaxed space. :)
