I’m renting two double rooms in a three-bedroom flat in a sunny, south-facing, top/third floor building. The flat has a small sunny balcony, perfect for drinking a coffee in the morning.

I'm looking to rent this to a pair of friends or a couple looking for a bit of extra floorspace.

The flat is furnished with all the main things.

Bedroom 1 comes with EU Double (140x200) bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 comes with a double bed, ladder shelves/in-built small desk, wardobe.

Flat has an office/spare room with sofa bed.

Also has a small sunny balcony perfect for drinking a coffee in the morning.

Btw there is no lift to the third floor, so it’s a good place to keep your legs fit!

Bills are included except for gas/electricity which are split between two. Over the past year this has ranged from around £50-100 pp pm depending on the season.

The flat is 1 minute walk from a supermarket, two great cafes, Burgess Park, and a bus stop that takes you to central London in 20 mins.
