Just moved here myself few months ago and loving the area so far - perfect mix of cozy and lively in the summer. Tons of nature to explore further south (and all around really) + Hilly Fields, New Cross, Peckham, etc just nearby.
The place comes with washer/dryer included shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
The flat is nicely connected - about 5 minutes from Brockley station and 10 to Crofton Park. Same for groceries, with Sainsbury’s local and Co-op both about 5 mins walk in different directions.
