Looking for someone to take over renting my small double just off Broadway market.
The room is a small double with a desk and a lamp. There is plenty of storage under the bed, on three shelves and with a shared wardrobe space on the landing. The rent is £526 a month and bills come to £70, totalling £596.
The house is well located just a two minute walk from Broadway Market, close to Haggerston and London Fields stations on the overground. There is a shared upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet and kitchen diner with sofa and TV. Sharing with four other housemates, all professionals in their late 20s early 30s, and rented from a great private landlord.
Would be looking for someone to move in by the 20th July.
