Great house, location and housemates

Searching for one person to take over my part of the tenancy, I am moving out to get my own place after 2.5 years.

2/3 have lived in the house for 5 years. Lovely group who are social but have their own lives. The house is big, 3 floors, the bedroom is on the first floor, sharing a bathroom which has bath/shower with 1 other female.

Open plan lounge/kitchen with courtyard and outhouse that is great for storage and bike. All sealed with access through the house. Great location with Clapham North/common/brixton station all 15 mins walk away, buses galore, quiet road and area. Have loved living here.

Room is massive, bed is an ottoman, walk in wardrobe and desk is included. Great for working from home.

These guys are great, perfect mix of work/play/ family feel but will let you crack on and do your own thing

Contract starts on the 26th Aug but I’ll mostly be on the 22nd so you can move in over that weekend should you like.
