Hi 😊 I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me as an additional tenant in my fully furnished-two bedroom-one bathroom -lower ground flat, in the heart of Brixton. The flat has a large private garden (fully equipped with furniture, a BBQ and a hammock) and a gated patio area at the front of the property. The flat is part of a lovely community, and offset from the main road of Brixton Hill. The flat is in a great location with Brixton tube station only a 10 minute walk away, and lots of great pubs/ bars/ restaurants nearby.

The available room is at the back of the property looking into the garden, and has fitted triple wardrobes, a double bed, a desk and a full length mirror. Other than the bed and wardrobe, the other furniture can be removed if preferred. The room will be available from 1st September (negotiable with my current flatmate). Price pcm includes all bills /2 (council tax, internet, all streaming services, water, gas, electric, insurance)
