There's an opportunity for a lucky person to move in this lovely house share in Brixton.

I'm currently renting a cozy mid size one bedroom flat with an amazing comfy queen bed!

The house is located 5mn away from Brockwell park, ideal for runs, walks or just chill with a book.

Brixton station is located around 15-20mn walk or you can use bus transport which can take between 5-10mn.

It's very easy and quick to commute to central London or anywhere for that matter.

The house is composed of two french guys, a french girl and a swiss girl.

There's a great atmosphere in the house and we tend to spend time together for meals or movies, depending on everyone's availability but we also respect people's privacy.

The house has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook or prepare meals.
A dishwasher is also available so no need to always wash dishes.

There's 2 bathrooms so you'll only share with one other housemate.

At the moment I'm looking to vacate my room late august but we can adjust for earlier if needed

Rent is £925/ month bills included
